Testimonials
David paves the way for everyone else by constantly thinking ahead. Without being intrusive, he is always fleshing out future requirements and tasks so the whole team and company are never unclear about what's coming next. Similarly, he's gifted at identifying areas that need further elaboration or refinement, even for highly technical elements where he may not personally have expertise. Countless times, this helped us avoid things falling through the cracks or getting done as "hidden" work without chance for proper exposure and review..
— Chief Architect, MacOS/Board Advisor, Legal KarmaDavid has an amazing way to bring people together even/especially when they are at their worst. His leadership skills and the ability to motivate his team and others to get things done proved crucial to successfully complete many tasks and projects. On many occasions he stepped in when needed, on a short notice and provided support that was not just adequate but above of what was requested. His thoughts and ideas were a great contribution in such cases, which demonstrated his knowledge and commitment to help achieve company’s goals and mission.

He has a unique ability to simplify and articulate complex concepts and is an excellent presenter. Chris has been a champion of knowledge sharing and has been recognized by our global team and cross-functional partners for his willingness and effectiveness in doing so. Chris is not afraid of challenging the status quo, especially if it means improving upon the existing system or process.
On the people front, Chris is one of a kind. He is a connector of people. Of all the smart and brilliant people I’ve had a chance to work with throughout my career, he is one of maybe two people I can think of that has been so effective at bringing people together.

How does your “Operating System” approach differ from any other management consulting?
Most consulting firms excel at creating the "What" (the strategy deck) but fail at the "How" (the execution). We focus exclusively on the Translation Gap. Instead of handing over a 100-page slide deck, we install a lightweight, functional infrastructure—including planning rhythms, decision rights, and capacity models—that lives inside your organization. Our goal isn't to give you a map; it's to build the engine and train your drivers so that execution becomes a repeatable internal capability, not a one-time project.
We’re a high-growth company that moves fast. How will MVP just slow us down with bureaucracy?
Actually, it’s the opposite. Organizations usually slow down because of "hidden friction": overlapping ownership, capacity blind spots, and "watermelon reporting" (status that looks green until it's suddenly red). We reject heavy, bureaucratic models. Minimum Viable Process is the lightest amount of structure required to eliminate that friction. By clarifying trade-offs and sequencing work based on real capacity, we remove the "drag" that causes stalled momentum, allowing your team to move faster and with more certainty.
What happens when the engagement ends? How do we ensure the system doesn’t break?
We don't believe in consultant dependency. Our engagement model is built on Equipping and Transferring. Through our People Manager Coaching and Business Operations Management, we up-level your existing leads from "doers" to "execution leaders." We provide durable artifacts—like Team Charters, Scorecards, and Operating Calendars—that your team owns and operates. We succeed when your team has the "force multiplier" mindset and the operational discipline to run the OS without us.
Let's Partner Together.
Strategic intent is only as valuable as its delivery. If you are ready to bridge the Translation Gap and install a more resilient operating system within your organization, let’s start the conversation.
